About Us

Meet Mel

Hi, I’m Mel, Registered Psychologist and Founder of Wellnest Psychology.

I partner with families to uncover a child’s strengths and empower parents to become their ultimate wellbeing coach.

Known for my collaborative approach and expertise in child wellbeing, I have built a reputation for helping hundreds of families create a systemic shift toward harmony in their homes.

As a solo mum by choice, I bring deep personal empathy to my work alongside a Master of Professional Psychology with Distinction.

Away from the clinic, you will usually find me busy growing backyard watermelons with my son, crafting memory-making experiences or enjoying a coffee outdoors.

So glad you’re here. Stay awhile!
